At Sal’s Auto Service, we stand behind qualifying repairs with a 12-month/12,000-mile limited parts-and-labor warranty, whichever comes first, measured from the repair date and mileage shown on your invoice. Coverage applies to defects in parts we supply and install and to our workmanship under normal driving conditions.

For covered claims, we will repair or replace the defective part or correct our workmanship at no charge for covered parts and labor. Any additional manufacturer coverage varies by part and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Service-Specific Terms

• Alignments: Covered by a separate 90-day workmanship warranty. Includes a complimentary recheck and correction of our original alignment work. Changes caused by impacts, worn or damaged components, or subsequent repairs or modifications are excluded.
• Customer-supplied parts: The parts themselves are not covered. Installation workmanship is covered for 30 days.
• Major engine or transmission repairs: Separate terms may apply and will be explained before authorization and stated on your invoice.
• Normal wear and maintenance: Normal wear, scheduled maintenance, and routine replacement of service items are not covered.
